Charlie P & O.B.F return to reinforce their collaborative axis through the single “Bittersweet”—a work that reflects emotional dynamics within the landscape of contemporary dub. Written and performed by Charlie P, the track unfolds as an intimate vocal narrative, carried by a strong resonance rooted in sound system culture.

Behind the release’s sonic architecture, Rico of O.B.F takes a central role in the composition, production, and organically flowing mix. He brings a light academic sensitivity to frequency space and analog textures, positioning “Bittersweet” as an atmospheric study rendered in a modern dub style.

The mastering process was handled by Federico Trujillo, who refined the final spectrum into a composition that is both crisp and powerful. The visual department is further strengthened by photography from Valentin Bourdiol, capturing the essence of contemporary roots aesthetics.

The release’s visual identity is completed by Mike JB Media through solid, representative graphic design. Mike JB Media also handled the visual documentation in the form of the music video, taking responsibility for both cinematography and editing.
