Big Lion is a Reggae outfit from Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. Formed from an environment of Reggae musicians and connoisseurs, Big Lion started themselves to enliven Indonesian Jamaican music scene in 2015. Their latest line-up is Jona (Lead Vocal), Akhaya (Keyboard), Calvin (Drums), Johnsey (Guitar) and Helmi ( Bass). 

After taking part as another act of Jamaican Music scene in this country, the “Big Lion” continues to run and roar, and also experiment with various formulas to bring their fresh and authentic works. The dose of injection of the Big Lion-style vaccine in the eardrum will bring hard shuffling feet and nod our head equally.

Until now (2020) Big Lion has released two singles including, “Tell Me” a song written by Johnsey and “Wake Up and Live”. The two titles also got a touch from Gasa Riddim.
