Yella Sky Sound System, one of Indonesian dub pioneers always serving the uniqueness bond between roots reggae and any subgenre of it. Last mid of July, Their new “Dubplomacy” single come with dub steppa infusion been released through Langit Kuning Records.

Yella Sky Sound System previously worked together with these two cameos in different tracks. Now both of MC (King Masmus – Indonesia & King I – Malaysia) teamed up with Yella Sky Sound System in Dubplomacy. These lads became the main driving force who genuinely blended with the “four-on-the-floor” drum kick from dub steppa style. This track told us about the spirit of dub collaboration between nations.

Started with the melody as the highlight of this track and powerful greetings from Southeast Asia’s original MC Kings, Dubplomacy is a very well worked formula to make you move your body. Heavy bassline gently covered up the very maximum muted & skank guitar, smooth. The fascinating tweak using The Space Echo 201 replica on vocal track enriched the track as well.
