De Sagoo – Ghetto

De Sagoo, has released the visuals of their song ‘Ghetto’ from their debut album ‘Labour of Music 1‘ at the end of August. This MV (Music Video) is the result of a collaboration between De Sagoo and Wone Film, a well-known local Papuan videographer. The shooting location itself took place in several locations in Jayapura city, and took 3 days to shoot.

In line with the lyrical message, this Ghetto MV itself depicts a child who grows up in the upbringing of a simple family living in a harsh environment. Armed with the advice and guidance of his father and mother, the child lives and grows with his friends through the days in pursuit of his dream to become a musician. Until one day his dream was achieved and became successful.

According to Boy Erari, the vocalist, the short message to be conveyed through this song and MV Ghetto is that no matter how heavy or hard the obstacles and barriers that this world presents, continue to pursue and achieve your dreams. Make God the main backup, respect and honor your parents and always hold on to the truth and honesty undoubtedly in time, your dreams will be fulfilled.
