Fred Locks, who is best known for “Blackstar Liner”, “Vision of Redemption” and “Love and Only Love”, is collaborating with The 18th Parallel. They re-released the single “The System Is A Fraud”, which was first released in the 1970s. This legendary track was released through the collaboration between Fruits Records and Evidence Music.

The 18th Parallel met with Fred Locks, in downtown Kingston circa 2013. This time, they also  invited Leroy “Horsemouth” Wallace to get involved and share his energy to create a special work for Fred Locks. The single “The System Is A Fraud” is part of the promo for The 18th Parallel’s upcoming LP “Downtown Session” due for release in November 2022.
