After releasing two singles “Sepinggungan” and “Russ” last June, now the dub unit from Lampung, Roadblock Dub Collective is back with a world wide compilation entitled “Echo Chamber: Around The World In Dub Vol 11 & 12.” They delivered the songs entitled “Puaghi 45”, a dubby track with a touch of funk and an infusion from traditional Lampung music, with lyrics inspired by the Indonesian “dub nusantara” movement.

Roadblock Dub Collective represent themselves as an Indonesian crew, hoisting the ‘Merah Putih’ along with the flags from other countries, such as Mexico, Germany, Jamaica, Argentina, Hungary, Spain, USA, UK, Australia, Greece, Brazil and Cyprus. With a total of 28 tracks. A release from one of Portugal’s finest, Dan Dada records.

“Echo Chamber: Around The World In Dub Vol 11 & 12” comes with the message that dub can be accepted as a musical genre with a distinctive touch. Dr. StrangeDub (Michael Rose) and DJ Baby Swiss (Elmar Romain) are the important figures behind this collaboration since their first series in 2012. This project previously included big names in the dub, including: Kukan Dub, Dubmatix, Du3normal, Vibronics, and Fedayi Pecha to name a few. The audio mastering works of the series were crafted by Bruno Ferreira with the artwork from Costantinos Pissourios.
