The dub unit from Beijing – China, LuckyRoots, has brought back their productivity. They displayed it through their most recent LP titled “Dub Tings”. There are 12 tracks released by the music imprint Roots Promotion Records.

The producer, Nyah “Dread” Jahwise, played a full role in all the compositions produced in “Dub Tings”. This LP comes with a perfectly wrapped combination of thick roots and digital flavors. The solid vibration of the bassline also appears gently. Colorful “wall” also can be seen in “Dub Tings” through their genuine touch to mix the reverb and the echoes. The variety of the beats are helpful to enrich the power of this album.

The charm of Cece Natty is present on the fourth track, entitled “Follow JahJah”. Even though it’s only a fragment, this vocal is able to give another dimension in “Dub Tings”.
