Luciano – “State Of Emergency”

One of the second generation roots reggae singers in Jamaica, Jepther McClymont or better known as Luciano, returns with his latest single “State Of Emergency”, by collaborating with Addis Records as producer for him.

Luciano’s background in roots reggae songs is now returned, thanks to Addis Records’ touches. We still can notice the strong element from the “roots” in this tune. The heavy and low bass line is completing the combination of sweet notation wrapping with dub modulation in this composition, alongside with the heavy groove.

The man who was born in Davyton – Jamaica, 196 was solemnly inscribed about humanity. Luciano chants word for word about the social and human conditions in the midst of the global situation of the pandemic. He encouraged people in the world who are experiencing extraordinary events with his words; “My people don’t panic”, a call to remain rational and be alert.

“State Of Emergency” has succeeded in completing a special tune from Luciano, an optimistic message in the form of a song. A straightforward combination form one of the nominees at the 2002 Grammy Awards. This is another Luciano’s powerful track!
