From the heart of Semarang, five young men roll in with unstoppable energy. Grisness Culture—Gemilang, Adam, Wildan, Cueng, and Abram—just wrapped a short but explosive tour across Tulungagung and Blitar (April 5–6, 2025), and now they’re dropping their latest shot: a single titled “Ego.”

This track isn’t just a milestone on the road to their sophomore album—it’s a statement. Grisness Culture stays true to their own take on ska, packing tight brass sections, thick grooves, and lyrics inspired by the light, romantic vibes of timeless Indonesian pop classics.
With past singles like “Pemuja Rahasia,” “Dialog Cinta,” and “Semesta” already proving they’re no fleeting act, Ego aims to keep that good breeze blowing. “We’re really grateful for all the warm responses,” says bassist Abram Adriano.
Written entirely by Adam Sayogi, the song leaves room for listeners to find their own meanings. “It can mean a lot of things, depending on who’s listening,” he shares.
Ego is now available on all major digital streaming platforms.
