Kebra Ethiopia

Since its creation until today, the roots reggae music have become one of the weapons and a soundtrack of a fighting for a socio-economic movement, humanitarian issues as well as deep meditation. These factors are the idea behind the thoughts of the Ethiopian Kebra Sound System, a unit music originating from Kwa-Tema – South Africa, in building their giant speaker sets to amplify their sound of peace.

Starting echoing their work over a decade, the added value of this sound system unit is what they have shared. Lekentle Mohlala, as the motor of the Ethiopian Sound System kebra, shares a story about the history of African soil and various crucial issues with the set of killer tracks he plays through his stacks of wax.

The Kebra Ethiopia Sound System has played in so many dance parties, from the parking lots in its area, to many famous Jamaican music festivals in various parts of the world such as in Europe and South America.
