Since the early 2000s, the rise of the ska outfit in the country has continued to soar. Actors from various regions in the country were born to keep this genre alive till today. One of them is Belangkon Haji, a ska unit from the city of Bandar Lampung – Indonesia which has been around since April 2011.

Even though they had a break for one and a half years and there was a change of formation, their fire still burning. 2015 was a new step for Belangkon Haji with a lineup consisting of Uus & Rofi (vocals), Wido (guitar), David (guitar), Eji (Bass), Fikri (Keyboard), Butun (Drums), Pras (Trombone) and Alfansyah (Trumpet).

They have played and danced in various gigs. They have released their debut album “Wake Up Rudeboys” which contains 6 tracks on CD and cassette. In 2021 they returned with their newest work, a single entitled “Tak Sendiri”. And now they are preparing a sophomore album.
