Jahvalion formerly known as Kalipso Hifi, is a KL reggae selecta (DJ) specialist on dub, steppa, reggae and modern roots. Founder of @soundsystemmeetingkl KL leading reggae party community. Been in the Kuala Lumpur reggae scene since 2005 as event organizer (Reggae) and on 2013 he formed a reggae duo called KALIPSO HIFI (Jahvalion & Nutty Monster) to promote soundsystem culture and spread the positive message thru their dj set. After a few years playing gigs and promoting reggae music, Jahvalion has made great connections with the local and international (Thailand & Indonesia) reggae community . In 2017 he’s doing his first mini tour in Thailand (Koh Lanta, Krabi & Hatyai) . After he came back from his mini tour he decided to go solo known as Jahvalion. Since then Jahvalion keeps spreading his positive message and vibes through his DJ set on local gigs. 2020 is another step for him to expand his music by forming a new duo with super talented vocalist Sid Haizad and now they are known as KULA ROCKERS.
