Slowright, a music outfit blending reggae, ska, punk, and hip hop styles, from the city of Malang, East Java, Indonesia, has released a new track titled “Side By Side.” Similar to their previous LP “High & Low” (2023), “Side By Side” is once again released by DoggyHouse Records, a music label from Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

This trio, Sandy Armita (vocals), Mochamad Raja Sandyapura (guitar), and Fandi Bagus Tofani (drums), directly crafted the material for “Side By Side” by themselves. As the song begins, there is a distinct modern sound, blending pop, reggae, and hip hop with textured dub effects..

A refreshing aspect of this trio’s single is the compelling notation strength, and a slight proficient rap-style singing. They were also backed up by Fifan Christa of Pops You Good Studio, who acted as the producer, contributing to the energetic touch of this single.
