A female reggae soloist from Singapore, Masia One, came back with a fresh single “Wait In Vain.” This time, she teamed up with an Indonesian ska singer, Denny Frust.  This track, which was released by music imprint Nusantara Records, became another collaboration between Southeast Asia’s scenesters.“Wait In Vain” tells the story about a romance on a summer trip. It is composed by Trinidad-based producer Kevin Perkins. Mixing and mastering work is done directly by ALX. While the vocal recording, done at Tulen Studios by Navin Navigator.

In addition to the audio format, “Wait In Vain” is also accompanied by a music video directed and edited by Nayiiem who also acts as DOP. He was also backed up by the help from Intan (assistant director and second editor), Ikhwan Othman (camera assistant), Yvonne Chong (MUAH) and I & I World Parties (set assistant) for the video that shot on Langkawi Island – Malaysia.
