The Role model act from Glasgow – Scotland, Mungo’s Hi Fi has released a 4-track EP (including 2 dub versions). In this release, they teamed up with a fabulous singer from London, Kiko Bun.
Mungo’s Hi Fi, wittily still put their rub a dub style, the solid bassline that goes hand in hand with the ornaments that came with a dub ethos is again displayed wisely by these Glaswegians’ finest. This LP, is the result of their genius which amplifies the minimalist touch.

Kiko Bun’s vocal power has successfully emphasized the main idea of ​​Mungo’s Hi Fi in this collaboration. Strong characters that side by side with the light lyrics, make “Miss Burnett” and “Riddim General” turn into powerful chants.

Overall, the EP “Riddim General” released by Scotch Bonnet Records which is also available in 7” vinyl format is very enjoyable and we definitely recommend it!
