An Australian roots reggae producer, Jahwise, released his debut EP, entitled “Roots As I Am”. By using the same riddim, he took Solano Jacob, Nega Cin, Jah Tung and Niecey to write powerful lyrics.

The production of “Roots As I Am” was assisted by C Sharp (drums), Killahkeys (keyboards) and Thales Lion Farmer (guitar). Jahwise himself played the bass.

The EP, which was released through Nusantara Records, featured the initial track “Chanting” which was done by Brazilian vocalist Solano Jacob, and was also featured in the form of a video clip by Tiago Paqueno.
